Burglaries/thefts keep Police busy

A black ladies purse, containing a small amount of cash, and a black leather briefcase with personal papers were stolen from the bedroom of a Cavello Lane, Sandys Parish residence overnight.
Hose's Fashions on Middle and Cobbs Hill Roads in Paget was broken into and several children's garments were stolen.
A Canon Video Visualiser document camera was stolen yesterday morning from the office of Gateway Systems on Queen Street in Hamilton. Police are asking members of the public to be wary of any person trying to sell them a highly specialised piece of equipment such as this.
And yet another theft was reported by a motorist who left valuables under the seat of an unattended motorcycle. The victim had parked the cycle in the car park at Jobson's Cove, Warwick. He returned to discover that the seat had been opened and a small brown, leather wallet containing cash, bank and credit cards and other personal items was stolen.
