HWP is holding its one-day ‘mega’ sale on Saturday with “huge” discounts on offer.According to Tony Martin, executive vice-president of HWP auto sales, the sale is to make way for new inventory and the discounts will be substantial, offering considerable savings for customers looking to purchase a car or bike.The sale includes 2011 models of Suzuki, Hyundai, Skoda, Mitzubishi, Nissan, Volkswagen, Mazda cars as well as Piaggio, Honda and Vespa cycle brands.While Mr Martin couldn’t reveal the specific dollar discounts, stating it will depend on the car model, he said: “The discounts are going to be huge and substantial; this doesn’t happen every day. They’ll be great savings on selected models.”Should there be a bargain hunter in the family, Mr Martin said that HWP is “open to offers on discounts as well”.Butterfield Bank and Freisenbruch-Meyer Group will also be on site to help new customers with financing questions and insurance matters.“It’s a one-stop shop,” said Mr Martin.The sale will be held at HWP’s storage car lot, next to Bull’s Head car park and the car wash.“All the cars and bikes will be on site so people can come in to look for a car they want, touch them, check out the colours and test drive them,” he said.The sale runs from 9am to 4pm this Saturday, February 11, 2012.
