Bermuda Stock Exchange-listed BH Global Ltd. has announced the appointment of Graham Harrison as an additional non-executive independent director to the board of directors, with effect from this month.

Mr. Harrison, from Guernsey, is the co-founder and managing director of Asset Risk Consultants, a specialist investment consulting services company.

Lord Turnbull, BH Global Ltd.'s chairman, said: "We are pleased to welcome Graham to the board. His background in strategic asset allocation and risk profiling complements the existing skill set of the board and from a corporate governance perspective his appointment further strengthens the independence of a board that is already comprised of a majority of directors independent from the company's manager, Brevan Howard Offshore Management Limited."

Mr. Harrison's current directorships include seats on the board of the Close Enhanced Commodities Fund II Ltd., ISIS Property Trust Ltd. and Queens Walk Investment Ltd., while he also served as a director at Advance Focus Fund Ltd.
