Brothers Will and Richard Cox aim to set up a company to develop the building known as “Sherwood”, next to the Bacardi headquarters, on Pitts Bay Road.

The application, which appeared in the Government legal notices, published on Wednesday, shows that the Coxes have applied to incorporate Bellerophon Ltd.

The Coxes own the waterfront complex on Pitts Bay Road, which includes Miles Market.

The new company’s purpose will be to own, operate and manage commercial buildings on the Sherwood site.

Richard Cox declined to comment on the plans yesterday.
