A series of workshops to empower women in their relationships is to start on Wednesday.

The lunchtime webinars will be run by Tina Laws, a relationship specialist.

She said: “Relationship On The Go was designed to help ambitious women to reset and own their position in an intimate – physical, emotional, spiritual – relationship in three 30-minute sessions.

She told women: “Whether you've been married for ten years, dated for ten months or waiting for the right person to come into your life, owning your position in any relationship starts with you.”

Ms Laws said that women will be taught how to spot the difference between perception and reality.

The series is also expected to help address “insecurities, roadblocks” and help women to grow stronger.

It will run from December 9 with two start times, 12.10pm or 1.10pm, at a cost of $87 per week or $247 for all three sessions.
