he pleaded guilty to possessing .19 grams of cannabis.

George Mouchette, of Rushy Lane, admitted the offence which occurred on June 9.

Sgt. Earl Kirby, prosecuting, told the court that Police stopped Mouchette who was riding a motorcycle, at Portland's Lane in Sandys. At that time, they noticed him throw an envelope on the ground. The envelope was recovered and when analysed contained .19 grams of cannabis.
