Bank of Bermuda changes hours
The Bank of Bermuda is changing banking hours to be more consistent and to ensure that clients have timely and efficient access to all branches in the bank's network.
Charline Asphall, head of retail delivery services, community banking said: "Historically our branches across the Island have opened at different times, and individual branches have opened at different times on different days. We all know how frustrating it is to turn up at the bank doors to find out that you had the 'wrong day' and the bank is closed. We therefore felt that it would be more convenient for our clients to have consistent opening hours every day."
The only branches that will remain the same are the Dockyard, Airport and EasyLink Banking Services branches. All other branches will now open at 9 a.m., including Mondays, on which day they historically opened at 9.30 a.m.
Bank of Bermuda clients are also serviced 24-hours a day through EasyLink Online, EasyLink ATM's or their 24-hour automated telephone banking service.
The new banking hours are as follows.
Hamilton Branches:
Front Street, Head Office: Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.
