Former Governor Sir Richard and Lady Gozney left the Island last night.Sir Richard served as Bermuda's Governor and Commander-in-Chief for four-and-a-half years.An official cermony marking his departure was held on the Cabinet grounds on Friday.Governor designate George Fergusson is due to arrive on the Island tomorrow. He is expected to be sworn in at a special ceremony at the Cabinet grounds on Wednesday at 11am. Members of the public are invited to attend the ceremony.The date of Mr Fergusson's arrival has yet to be announced.A press release issued by Government House today said her arrival would "be slightly delayed on medical grounds" but she would follow her husband as soon as possible.
