A new hedge fund has been listed on the Bermuda Stock Exchange.

The BSX said yesterday that the ordinary shares of Jupiter Adria Ltd. had been approved for listing with effect from August 21.

Investments in the fund are limited to qualified investors putting in more than $100,000 or meeting other suitability tests, the BSX said.

?We are pleased to be listed on the BSX and look forward to working with the Exchange as the business and operations of the company develop?, said Mr. Garth Lorimer Turner, a director of the company.

Jupiter Asset Management (Bermuda) Limited is part of the London-based Jupiter International Group and operates the Group?s offshore operations, the company?s website said.

Jupiter Bermuda specialises in fund management, specifically the management of offshore hedge funds and other open-ended or closed-ended offshore investment funds.

Jupiter Asset Management has offices in Cumberland House.
