Two men were today charged in Magistrates’ Court with the murder of Shane Minors.

Ronniko Burchall, 22, from Pembroke and Leroy Symons, 20, from Warwick, were charged with the December 17 shooting.

Burchall was also charged with a firearm offence.

Mr. Minors, 30, was shot outside his home on Friswell’s Hill in Pembroke at 6.30 a.m.

Burchall and Symons were not required to enter a plea as the matter is indictable. This means it will have to be heard before a judge and jury in Supreme Court.

Both men were remanded in custody and will reappear in court for mention at a later date.
