According to a statement from the company yesterday, locals will be able to make rental payments online and will have access to the Coldwell Banker concierge service.

"Not only does our new site offer the traditional property search that consumers are looking for, but we also offer information on all our other areas of business, such as property management and vacation rental,'' said Arthur Jones, owner and director of the company's real estate division.

Plans are also afoot for the site to offer interactive services for land surveys in the future. These may include online work assessments and access to ongoing market updates.

"The future belongs to real estate companies who offer consumers a combination of extensive on-line information and savvy sales associates who can respond to the human side,'' he said.
