One of the men is 27, the other 45. Both are from St. George's.

"They were arrested at different times. No charges have yet been made,'' said Police spokesman P.c. Gary Venning.

Mr. Richardson was pulled from St. George's Harbour on December 17. According to an autopsy he probably received his head injuries before entering the water.

Meanwhile, Police yesterday appealed for help with the inquiry into the suspected murder of Mr. Irvin (Ivan) Leonard Gromer Dunlop.

The 48-year-old golf caddy was found dead in an alleyway at St. Paul AME church on December 21.

Detectives want to talk to the driver of a Mitsubishi Lancer station-wagon who picked up two men in the Swizzle Inn area at about 5 p.m. on December 19. They were taken to Flatts.

One of the men is thought to have been Mr. Dunlop, said P.c. Venning.

He added: "The driver is not a suspect, but he may be able to provide some useful information. It is believed the driver had come from a football match in St. David's.'' Anyone who can help should ring the Police incident room on 295-4281, or headquarters on 295-0011.
