Raul Carreiro, 27, of Zuill's Park Road, Smith's, who had 200 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of his blood, admitted driving while impaired on May 17 and was banned from the road for a year and fined $400.

Kirk O. Smith, 23, of Friswell's Hill, Pembroke, was disqualified for a year and fined $400 after he admitted driving a car while impaired on Angle Street on June 4. He had 199 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of his blood, Magistrates' Court heard.
