Officers raided the house and found a large number of suspected potted cannabis plants.

The incident -- which happened on Friday night -- led to two men, aged 43 and 32, and a 28-year-old woman being arrested on suspicion of growing the illegal plants.

ALLEGED TRESPASSER HELD CRM Alleged trespasser held Trespassing onto school property during the early hours of the morning landed a Hamilton Parish man in Police custody.

Police spokesperson P.c. Gary Venning said the 45-year-old man was arrested around 2.20 a.m. on Friday for trespassing on the grounds of the Francis Patton School in Hamilton Parish.

Police on regular patrol spotted the man on the school's grounds and questioned him.

INQUEST DATE SET INQ Inquest date set An inquest into the death of former Royal Gazette sub-editor Elizabeth Cadell will be held on June 1.

Senior Magistrate Will Francis set the date when the case came before him yesterday.

Ms Cadell, 33, was found dead by her boyfriend at their home on Harvey Hill Road, Smith's Parish, last May.

The inquest was due to be held in February but was adjourned so that the Attorney General can examine the case.
