One of the survivors of triple shooting leaves hospital

Robin Stovell, one of the three men shot on Friday night has been released from hospital.Mr. Stovell is one of two survivors of the shooting after James Lawes, a 26-year-old Jamaican national, shot during the incident, died after succumbing to his injuries on Sunday morning.Maurice Martin, 26, was also shot in last Friday's shooting – the 38th gun related incident of the year. He is reportedly in stable condition but has not yet been released from KEMH.

Eleven shots were fired outside of Place's Place on Dundonald Street after two men on an auxiliary cycle opened fire outside of the popular bar.
A 30-year-old Smith's man has been taken into Police custody in relation to the triple shooting.
