Ceremony marks condos scheme
Warwick is nearing completion, a Coldwell Banker JW Bermuda Realty spokesman reported.
A traditional roof wetting ceremony was held at the site on Monday to mark the end of the phase which has seen 13 convenience units, formerly with the Mermaid Beach Hotel, transformed into nine luxury two and three bedroom condominiums.

Project manager, James Redrobe of Fulcrum Property Consultants Ltd., said The Breakers was "a superb location, with scenic water views and just a short drive into Hamilton''.
