The charge against Randy Eric Benjamin stemmed from a "fracas'' at the Ice Queen early Monday morning in which Michael David Robson of Southampton was stabbed in the head.

Robson, who had the entire blade of a four to five-inch knife stuck in his left temple, was last night listed in critical condition in the King Edward VII Memorial Hospital. He is in a coma on a life support system.

Acting Senior Magistrate the Wor. John Judge denied Benjamin bail and remanded him in custody pending another court appearance on August 5.

Benjamin, of Lusher Hill, was represented by lawyer Mr. Phillip Perenchief.
