The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index reached an all-time high yesterday gaining 21.99 points to close at 4,222.62

On an light day of trading Butterfield Bank rose 45 cents to close at $53 as investors traded in 281 shares and while no other issue changed price BF&M traded in 5,400 shares to remain unchanged at $18.

The total value of the shares bought and sold on the BSX yesterday was $112,003 and the overall volume of shares was 5,681.
