Teenager trespassers in court
two teenage boys to receive a six months conditional discharge in Magistrates' Court.
Genghis K. Ebbin, 18, of Ord Road in Paget and Donald N. Robinson, 17, of Cobb's Hill Road in Warwick pleaded guilty to the charge.
Prosecuting, Sgt. Kenrick James told the court that on April 5 at 2.58 a.m.
Police officers were called to the Flamingo Beach Club property.
"When they got there they noticed an unsecured window on one of the buildings and found Ebbin and Robinson sitting on a wall inside,'' Sgt. James said. He added that both boys had previously been on probation for other matters.
Senior Magistrate the Wor. Will Francis asked the boys if they had anything to say and Ebbin replied: "I didn't realise that there was a no trespassing sign. I didn't think we did anything wrong.''
