The runoff of Paumanock is being managed by insurance manager Powerscourt Group Ltd., which declined comment.

Prior to being put into runoff four years ago, Paumanock was Anchor's biggest underwriting account. Anchor has since went from 27 staff to one.

Paumanock suffered about $60 million in losses resulting from Hurricane Andrew.
