Jack hammer stolen from van

A green and black Makita jack hammer was stolen from a van parked outside Standard Hardware, on Bakery Lane, Pembroke, sometime between 3.15 p.m. and 3.25 p.m. on Saturday, Police said.

Thieves grab jewellery, cash

Police said jewellery and cash were stolen from two homes on Friday.

A Store Hill, Smith's, home was broken into before 6.20 p.m., Police said, when a gold-hoop necklace, a gold pendant with a Celtic design, a gold pendant with a floral design and a pair of diamond earrings were stolen.

And sometime between 7.20 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Friday someone stole $800, a gold and silver Tissot watch and two other watches from a Harbour Road, Warwick home.

Inquiries into these incidents are underway, Police said.
