The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange last week gained 169.911 points or 6.2 percent to close at 2,738.50.

The Bank of Butterfield dominated trading last week with 40,435 shares changing hands and the stock closing up $2.50 to $33.

The Bank of Bermuda traded 1,209 shares and moved up 8.67 percent of $3.65 to close at $45.75.

Argus Insurance shares fell 25 cents during the week and 400 shares changed hands.

Island Press (Holdings) Ltd. traded 3,500 shares while its share price remained unchanged at $5.50 last week.
