The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index gained 34.36 points yesterday to close at 4,440.61.On a quiet trading day, Butterfield Bank rose 75 cents to close at $57.50 as investors traded in 282 shares.The only other activity on the Exchange saw Belco decline 25 cents to close at $38.75 as investors traded in 11,809 shares.
