Bermuda International Film Festival Opening Night Reception18.03.06: This cocktail party ahead of the opening night party at Number 6 Shed was an invite-only event for filmmakers, VIPs and sponsors.The scene: BIFF bartenders greeted guests including Governor Sir John Vereker and Lady Vereker, filmmakers and lots of BIFF volunteers with an aptly named “starstruck cocktail” as well as champagne. Number 6 Shed lacked the space, gourmet food and grand views offered up at previous opening receptions at ACE, but the tiny shed offered more opportunity to schmooze since there was little room to spread out in the single room.
