Last year New Year’s Eve, college aged party goers were in for a real treat with The Complex Party by Blu Promotions and Unité. This year, Unité brings the party back to same venue with three levels including something unheard of — a sexy all girl bar. The party will take place at the SquareOne bar, outdoor terrace and lounge.

Inside the bar and on the terrace DJ Fozzy will play the latest party hits including House, Dance and Trance mixes and remixes. Along with DJ Fozzy, African bongo drummers will add to the party. In the cleared out party room, DJ Skilatchi with spin the best Hip-Hop, R&B, Reggae, Soca, Top 40 hits and 80’s classics.

The LoveONE lounge sponsored by CellularONE will serve as more of a pre- party place said Unité promoter Belcario Thomas.

“It’s only in effect from 7-9 p.m. and our DJ will be will serving up some Cafe Del Mar vibes and lounge grooves, alongside complimentary cocktails, complimentary nibbles, complimentary NYE party favours, and complimentary cool giveaways.

Mr. Thomas expects the crowd to be predominately college students. “We expect a crowd looking to party, party, and party some more! It’ll be a mix of college kids that wanna party inside a transformed night club, and with Skilatchi throwing down the urban hits inside the party room, more locally based Bermudians, in addition to a bit more of a mature crowd that is both a cross section of care free, open minded people and people that only sporadically come out once every couple months”.

Along with Unité, Siren Productions promoters Danielle Paynter and Mia Page will be helping out at the party said Thomas.

“Assisting us will be my friends Danielle & Mia, formerly Unite promoters and currently Siren Production promoters, who’ll dress up the spot with funky decor and be part of a see it to believe it, sexxxy all girl bar. We’ll even be creating a third bar for extra quick service and packing them with extra bartenders to get you quick and specially low priced drinks. This year’s party will have some of the least expensive club drinks in town and even group drink ticket special prices”.

In addition to everything the party has to offer, partygoers will also enjoy a light show.

Mr. Thomas explained that last year the party was filled to the max with about 700 people. This year, only 400 people will be allowed inside.

Tickets are $80 before midnight and $40 after. They can be purchased at SquareONE, Sasch, Stefanel and Siren, Unité and Barmuvinjam street promoters.
