Dear Sir,

This is my second trip to your amazing islands this year. The first visit in January to participate in Race Weekend was just a short taste that whetted my appetite for more so my daughter and I are here for a week.

The beauty of Bermuda is indescribable, your weather is a welcome respite from our Nova Scotian wet and chilly spring, and the locals are so warm, friendly and welcoming, almost without exception.

There is only one thing that has disturbed us somewhat during our visit. We have used the local public transit system which is a convenient and inexpensive way to get around to see the sights. The bus operators and inspectors (I am assuming that is what they are called?) who time the bus arrivals and departures at various stops are very abrupt in manner and just short of rude.

I must assume that they dislike tourists and I am sure that some tourists have given them a difficult time ? however they should keep in mind that we "come-from-aways" do form an important part of the local economy, and most of us are decent people who simply want to get to know your people and enjoy your beautiful surroundings with you. The transit staff I have come into contact with are not exactly what I would call good ambassadors, nor are they at all interested in being helpful.

Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful Bermuda with us ? we will definitely be back. I only offer this last bit as some constructive criticism.
