Bermuda Hogges will play in the Mid Atlantic Division of the Eastern Conference in their inaugural season in the Professional Development League (PDL).

Hogges, now in an official partnership with the Bermuda Football Association (BFA), are part of a ten-team conference including Reading United, Carolina Dynamo, Central Jersey, Hampton Roads Piranhas, Ironbound Express, New Jersey Rangers, Northern Virginia Royals, Ocean City Barons and West Virginia Chaos.

Franchise co-owner, Paul Scope, said four teams would visit the Island for double-header matches to be played on Friday evenings and Sunday afternoons.

Hogges will make three road trips to the United States where they will play eight matches.

The PDL, the US's top amateur league, have 68 teams with their regular season running from the end of May to late July.

"It's going to be a very condensed season with games coming thick and fast," said Scope. "

We're familiar with the some of the teams in our conference, especially Reading United, formerly Reading Rage, who were coached by BFA technical director Derek Broadley."
