Blue Jays, the league leaders, received a scare from Phillies in a 13-10 victory that allowed them to remain perfect for the year with a 5-0 record.
Meanwhile, Braves crushed Angels 14-0, Triangle Press Tigers pounded Yankees 13-3 and Indians walloped White Sox 15-8.
Wednesday's games in the Bermuda Youth Sports Program witnessed Reds outlasting Phillies 4-3, Mariners downing Royals 5-3 and Pirates battling to a 11-11 tie with Mets, all in Rookie League play.
The lone Little League match had Cardinals 23-9 over Pirates. GOLF GLF This year's Bermuda Senior Amateur Championship will be played at the Belmont Golf Course, May 28-30.
The 54-hole stroke play event is open to women 50-years of age and over, with a less than 33 handicap, and men over 55, having less than a 25 handicap.
Noel van Putten is the defending male champion, while Shirley Wildi won for the women last year.

TARGET SHOOTING SHO Carl Reid was the top shooter at the most recent gathering of the Coral Reefs Rifle and Pistol Club.
Reid totaled 194 out of 200 on the evening and currently leads the competition.
