The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange index gained 5.01 points or 0.19 percent yesterday to close at 2746.18069. A total of 14,773 shares worth $122,791 were traded.

Only two stocks changed during trading. BF&M Ltd. gained 25 cents or 2.7 percent to close at $9.50 on volume of 10,059.

The star performer for the day however was Bermuda Aviation Services Ltd. which gained a whopping $3.50 or 46.7 percent to close at $11 on volume of just 100 shares.
