Bank of Butterfield, Belco and Argus also advanced.

The only issue to decline was Bermuda Home, closing down 50 cents at $8 on volume of 395.

Issuing closing unchanged included: Bank of Bermuda, $18.125, 31,312; Island Press, $4.50, 483, Staples preferred, $9, 400, and BAS, $4, 1,078.

Total value of the week's trading was $1,024,168.

The index gained 6.68 points to close at 967.90.

Due to technical problems, there are a number of errors in share volumes in this week's chart.
