The PLP supporter, who aims to be a candidate in the upcoming election, has been the subject of several executive summits since it was alleged he illegally evicted a tenant from one of his properties. Last night PLP Leader Jennifer Smith said the party would make the resolution of the meetings public, after all processes had been gone through. But she declined to say whether or not it would take the form of disciplinary action over his conduct or whether it would affect his chances of standing as a PLP candidate in the election.

The uproar began when a tenant of Mr. Smith, Sharon Williams, alleged she was illegally evicted from her Spring Hill, Warwick home last week. It was also claimed she was kicked out without a court order and her belongings were left outside.
