Top chef to cook tonight

A pork feast is set to take place tonight at the Waterlot Inn with Chef Frank Dominguez.

A special Farmland Wine Makers Dinner event will feature Chef Frank Dominguez this evening at the Waterlot Inn.

Chef Dominguez studied at the JCCC Culinary Institute in Kansas City and furthered his education by taking classes with the Culinary Institute of America. He brings more than 25 years experience in the restaurant industry to his role as Corporate Chef for Farmland Foods.

Mr. Dominguez has travelled to Canada, Mexico, Cuba, Russia, and throughout the Mediterranean to study cooking techniques that he uses to create recipes, which showcase Farmland's pork products.

Tonight's menu incudes Thai Spiced Pork Wings, Carribean Scented Sea Scallops, Smoked Pork Belly, Sorbet, Ancho Chile Frenched Back Ribs, Cocoa-Chile Rubbed Pork Tenderloin and dessert.

In addition to working as a key member of the research and development team for the last nine years, he handles Farmland's corporate events and food shows throughout the US and around the world.
