Waterlot Inn to offer new four-course brunch deal
The Waterlot Inn at The Fairmont Southampton will be offering its customers a unique dining experience after it launched its four-course brunch last weekend.
The restaurant, which has been in operation for more than 320 years, will be laying on a family-style table service, a la carte brunch entrees and main courses and a dessert buffet every Sunday.
Brunch costs $39 per person and is half price for children aged 12 and younger, while the restaurant will be holding a competition for eaters to win a 'Dad's Day-Off' barbecue party for 10 at the chosen dad's home.
"Bermudians are fond of Sunday brunch and, since joining The Fairmont Southampton, I have wanted to introduce a Sunday-morning experience unlike anywhere else on the Island," said Leetroy Walker, director of food and beverage at The Fairmont Southampton.
"We have been able to do that with Waterlot's new brunch that offers a combination of set menu items served family style, alternating with buffets and a la carte selections.
"In this economy, people choose their dining experiences carefully and, at $39 per person and half price for children 12 and younger, we are offering a sensational Waterlot experience at a tremendous value."
All entries for the 'Dad's Day-Off' party must include a photo of the father and his children with a note explaining why their dad is the best and can be submitted during each Sunday brunch.
The Waterlot Inn Brunch began last Sunday and runs through the summer from 10.30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Pricing is exclusive of gratuity.
