Bermuda-based insurer Lancashire Holdings Ltd. yesterday announced that Standard & Poor's Rating Services has assigned an "A-" counter-party credit rating and financial strength rating on its subsidiaries Lancashire Insurance Company Limited and Lancashire Insurance Company (UK) Ltd. Concurrently, S&P has assigned its "BBB" counter-party credit rating on the company. The outlook on all of these entities is stable.
