Mr. Elroy Jones had already built the stables intended for miniature horses when his application was denied. He submitted the application last year on April 14.

The Board refused the plans on the grounds that the site was not suitable for stables. They were too close to nearby residents and would disrupt the natural environment with the smell.

Mr. Jones was advised that his application would be passed on to the Environment Minister for appropriate removal of the unauthorised stables.
