Prosecutor Sgt. Earl Kirby said thaty on November 6, 1992 Police saw Shawn Brimmer, 30, of Friswell's Hill and Henry Trott, 32, of Cable Hill, run away from a shed on Perimeter Lane, Pembroke.
Inside the shed, officers found foil, a test tube, a spoon, knife, baking soda, a candle and a jug of water.
Both men denied possessing the equipment and were acquitted. But the Wor.
Cheryl-Ann Mapp fined each man $200 for obstruction.
