an eviction notice and entering his mother's home.

Denton Sahchar Santucci, of no fixed abode, admitted last Monday to tresspassing in Karen Anderson's Battery Road, St. George's home on July 24.

Crown counsel Caitlyn Garland told Magistrate Edward King that Santucci had received a registered letter directing him to vacate the property and banned him from the building.

Ms Garland said Santucci had been causing "many problems'' for his mother and had threatened to do her harm.

She added Santucci has been living in a tent 100 yards from his mother and had been helping himself to food in the kitchen in her absence.

Santucci told Mr. King he was looking for an apartment and helped to care for his nephew.

He added he understood he could go to the home if he left before his mother returned and added: "She still asks me to go to the shop.'' Mr. King gave Santucci the conditional discharge and said: "Honour thy father. Or in this case honour thy mother. She does not want you at her house.''
