Dear Sir, I'm writing in reference to the story about the "Couple's pet `torn to pieces' by dogs''.

I feel that something should be done about this because this is not the first time it has happened. These dogs should either be put down or kept locked in a cage so that it will never happen again.

I live next to these people that own these dogs and they are very vicious.

They don't run out of their property that I know of. But if they came into my yard and did this to my dogs, I would definitely press charges.

I hope this teaches other people to keep their dogs locked up or contained in invisible fencing so they wouldn't have to come home and see their dogs all torn up.
