Magistrates' Court with indecently assaulting his next door neighbour.

Kenneth Dozier, who lives with his wife in St. George's, pleaded not guilty to being in the woman's apartment without lawful excuse and indecently assaulting her on the evening of March 29. Dozier's wife is an employee of the US Naval Air Station where he works as a forklift operator.

Senior Magistrate the Wor. Will Francis released the man on $5,000 bail plus two like sureties. Dozier was represented by lawyer Mr. Peter Farge and was ordered to appear for trial in Magistrates' Court on April 15 at 9 a.m.
