Butterfield down 3.56% on NYSE

Shares of Butterfield Bank were down $1.38, or 3.56 per cent, at $37.40 on the New York Stock Exchange.
There were no trades on The Royal Gazette/BSX Index, which was unchanged at 2,694.12.
The BSX Insurance Index was down 23.84 points, or 1.35 per cent, at 1,745.98.
Separately, Butterfield Bank repurchased for cancellation 40,000 of its shares last month, at an average price of $38.14 per share.
