on Victoria Street on Wednesday morning.

The victim was walking west and was approached by a man unknown to him who cut him on the forehead.

The victim claimed the same man attacked him several weeks ago at a nightclub.

The attacker is described as light brown-skinned, about six feet two inches in height. He was wearing dark clothing.
