Dear Sir,

We have a by-election coming up soon in Sandys. At stake is a seat in the House of Assembly.

The winner will be afforded the opportunity to represent the people in their constituency. The decision on who represents the people will be made by the people themselves by the way of casting their vote. This is a responsibility that should not be taken lightly as the well-being of every person in Bermuda is at stake.

The two representatives bring with them their party’s ideologies. We have seen and felt the present Opposition’s governance. We have yet to know whether Bermuda will be improved or continue in a downward spiral under the present Government’s tenure, as it has been short.

Do we return to the former government’s way of doing things, or do we give the present Government more time to correct the ills that plague us?

Voters of constituency 33, you have a huge burden on your shoulders. All the best when you enter the ballot box.
