The 25 girls, from various summer day camps, participated in the day long professional development workshop and seminar session entitled "We're coming out''.

The course focused on job interview skills, telephone and business etiquette and how to fill out job and college application forms.

As well as being taught theory the youths also carried out practical exercises such as holding mock interviews.
