Brooks, has filled the recently-created Bermuda head office position of executive vice president, group asset management. The Englishman has been with the bank since 1989.

Mr. Brooks will assume responsibility for the worldwide asset management services of the group, including trustee services, investment management, and the administration of mutual funds, unit trusts and other collective investment schemes.

Remonde Brangman, has been promoted to senior manager, head of group audit.

The Bermudian CPA has been with the bank since 1992.

JUSTIN R. MOORE Justin R. Moore has been appointed senior manager -- credit administration, credit risk management. The Englishman joins the bank from First Chicago NBD (London), where he was vice president, head of financial planning and management information.
