Tigermarts apply for liquor licences

Esso Tigermarkets are seeking permission to sell alcohol in their stores.The Liquor Licensing Authority will hold a special meeting this month, to consider the application.Esso stations in Warwick, Hamilton, and Collector’s Hill have submitted requests for an ‘A’ licence, which would allow them to sell liquor.The application will be heard by Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner on November 26.Persons who live in the affected parishes and those who own or occupy property within 300 yards of the premises may object to the application.Objections must be served on the chairman of the Liquor Licensing Authority, the Commissioner of Police and the applicant, by November 23.
