Tropical Storm Ophelia, which last night dissipated into a remnant low-pressure system, may bring some showers and wind to Bermuda as the storm’s remains approach by Thursday.Ophelia continued to lose strength as it headed north of the island of Anguilla last night.Meanwhile, Tropical Storm Phillipe, further east in the Atlantic, is not considered a likely threat to Bermuda.
