Enstar Group Ltd has announced that Paul Collins will be retiring from Enstar’s board of directors effective from September 30, 2011.Dominic Silvester, Enstar’s chairman and CEO, said: “Paul has been a significant contributor to Enstar over the past seven years. On behalf of our shareholders, board and management, I would like to thank him for his valuable guidance and wish him well in his future endeavours.”
