August 19, 2011Dear Sir,I’m a tourist here and any time I have taken the bus with a few exceptions, drivers have come off as very rude and nasty and the most ignorant people I have met. It does not make any sense for a professional in the field of customer service to act like they do. They will ride past you even if you are a foot away from the stop.It seems like all they care about is being in authority. If this was my country they would be monitored on a daily basis. Put cameras on their buses and see how some of them come off. If I was a Bermudian, I would be ashamed of these drivers and the nasty ones are mainly women. Please it is time for a change because I would not recommend any of my American family or friends to come here.VISITORNew Jersey
