There is space still available in workshops for young people interested in writing for the Young Observer.

Workshops designed to introduce young people to the elements of feature writing will be held on August 28 and 31 at Crown House on Par-la-Ville Road at 9 a.m.

All middle and high school students interested in learning more about journalism are invited to register for one of the workshops.

Teachers interested in learning strategies for guiding readers and writers to explore feature articles as part of the Literacy Collaborative will also find the workshops useful, and professional development hours can be earned.
