Argus Group Holdings Ltd. fell 8.28 percent (70 cents) on The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) yesterday.

The insurer traded 100 shares to close at $7.75.

Butterfield bank also endured a busy day, seeing 63,000 common shares and 100 preference shares change hands, but their share prices remained unchanged at $2 and $200 respectively.

The Index, as a whole, dipped 19.64 points (1.22 percent) to 1,590.53, with 63,100 shares worth BD$114,495 and 100 shares worth US$125,038.89 transacted.

The BSX Insurance Index inched up 0.05 points to 980.59.
